Refund & Return Policy

At NYU YOU Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

1. Size Issues – Exchange Only

If the size doesn’t fit you, we offer an exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability).

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

2. Damaged or Defective Items – Refund or Exchange

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for either a refund or exchange.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

• We’ll assess and process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than size issues or damages.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Order number

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photos (if damaged)
